KARACHI: Famous Pakistani stage comedian and parody film maker Sikandar Sanam, who was diagnosed with liver cancer, died on Monday, DawnNews reported.

The comedian was under treatment at Aga Khan University Hospital Karachi in September. He was discharged from the hospital a few days ago.

Sanam was known for making parodies of famous movies of the Indian cinema.

The comedian is survived by four sons, two daughters and a wife.
