ATTOCK, Sept 3: Two persons were killed in separate accidents in the Basal police area, police said on Monday.

A worker Mohammad Shaukat was on his way home on his donkey cart, when his rival Sardar Ahmed allegedly attacked him with Kalashnikov killing him on the spot.

Local police shifted the body to the hospital and also registered murder case. The motive behind the murder incident is stated to be a land dispute. Meanwhile, a passenger of Karachi-bound Khushal express, Mohammad Akhtar, died after falling from moving train.—Correspondent
