LAHORE: Pakistan Tehrik-i-Insaf (PTI) senior leader Javed Hashmi on Wednesday alleged the Pakistan People’s Party (PPP) government of waging a battle against the judiciary and vowed that his party will foil all ‘anti-judiciary conspiracies.’

Addressing a gathering at an Iftar-dinner hosted in his honour, Hashmi called upon the Lahoreites to stand up for bringing about a change as all eyes were set on it.

He described the coming era as one of hope and opportunities.

“The time has come for the ruling plunderers to make an exit,” said the PTI leader. “Support Imran Khan if the country is to be saved,” he added.
