Such talent in this nation and SHE DOESNT EVEN KNOW WHAT OLYMPICS ARE! Shame on the national sports programme! It should be prevalent across all the school levels and promoted widely!

After Pakistan failing against Australia...big time scores now 6:0, which is a debacle on this level with this talented side, we have one hope remaining to perform. Go Ashiq go!

Inshallah Rabia could improve her speed capacity,if she
keeps on running on treadmill machine by controling uphillspeed
evryday 4-5 kilometer practice alongwith skipping 200 times at
stretch before swimming 200 km breastswimming which helps
lung power to enhance her running speed. Its my long years
practical experience in track running on snow here in Sweden,
Good Luck , Practice always makes perfect and lip service never helps.

Its vital for a track athelete
1) swimming,develops lung power,
2) skipping, develops spring quality like kangroo,
3) running on treadmill 4-5 km everyday half on
upward and half on surface taught by my swedish
track master... Just start for only 15 day's period when
you would feel light and stronger on yr leg.
