PESHAWAR, July 21: A boy has charged his three friends with sexually abusing him, filming him naked and circulating the video clip.

The 10-year-old student of a local school told judicial magistrate Sher Aziz in the provincial capital that his three friends, who lived near his house, sexually abused him before filming him naked by a cellphone.

He alleged that the video clip was later provided to local video centres, CD shops and internet cafés.

The boy said her used to spend leisure time with his alleged abusers after school hours.

Investigator of Yakatoth police station Bacha Khan produced him before the magistrate, who recorded his statement under Section 164 of the Code of Criminal Procedure.

Mr Bacha submitted record and evidence to the court, including the statement of the alleged abuse victim, report of his medical examination, statement of the relevant doctor and other documents.

The boy’s family lodged a complaint with police after the video clip emerged.

Of late, anti-terrorism court judge Ibrahim Khan, who is supervising the case, expressed dissatisfaction with the probe done by earlier police investigator, Bahadur Khan, and tasked Mr Bacha with collecting evidence in the case.
