KARACHI: A scuffle between two boys in Gulberg area on Monday resulted in tragedy as one of them died.

Gulberg SHO Rafay Tanoli said that a scuffle broke out between the boys over a trivial issue while they were playing video games in F.B. Area.

They fought with each other and as a result, Shahzeb, 13, died. The officer said that the body was shifted to Abbasi Shaheed Hospital to ascertain exact cause of death.

The minor suspect, aged 12, managed to escape from the crime scene.

The post-mortem examination of the teenage victim was carried out by doctors. Police surgeon Dr Qarar Ahmed Abbasi said that apparently there were no injury marks on his body. Besides, there were also no signs of internal bleeding. Therefore, the doctors reserved the cause of death for histopathological and chemical examiner’s report.
