LAKKI MARWAT: A teenage girl was kidnapped and sexually assaulted by two persons in Hakim Topa locality in the limits of Lakki Marwat police station.

The gruesome incident occurred on Sunday night and the police registered FIR of the incident on June 19 after the case was reported by the victim girl.

The girl told the police that she along with her disable mother was at home when she received a call from her brother’s cell phone number.

“The caller told me to come out of the house to receive some goods of my brother,” she maintained and said that a man along with two other accomplices overpowered her as soon as she came out of her residence.

The girl further told police in her preliminary report that the men dragged her into a car and took her to a deserted place at a distance from the village where two of them assaulted her.

“Then the assaulters took me to a house in Mastikhel village to spend the night and released me near the village next morning,” she added.

Police said they had registered a case against the accused persons under sections 376 and 34 of PPC and begun investigation.
