KARACHI: After their superb performance in the Pakistan Super League (PSL) third edition recently, youngsters Hussain Talat, Asif Ali and Shaheen Shah Afridi are likely inclusions in Pakistan national team for the T20 series against Windies, commencing in Karachi from April 1.

According to information available from reliable sources, the selectors have almost finalised the 15-man squad with Imad Wasim and Rumman Raees forced out due to injuries while pacer Rahat Ali is to make a comeback after his good show in PSL games.

As per a well-placed source, wicket-keeper batsman Kamran Akmal has failed to make the squad despite his outstanding performance in the PSL.

“Hussain Talat, Asif Ali, Rahat Ali and Shaheen Shah Afridi are the likely inclusions in the squad,”the source said The likely squad is:Fakhar Zaman, Ahmad Shahzad, Babar Azam, Shoaib Malik, Hussain Talat, Asif Ali, Muhammad Nawaz, Sarfraz Ahmed, Shadab Khan, Hasan Ali, Faheem Ashraf, Muhammad Amir, Rahat Ali, Usman Shinwari and Shaheen Shah Afridi.
