ABBOTTABAD: Three people were killed and nine others injured when a van going to Jaral village from Abbottabad skidded off the road and fell into a deep ditch in the limits of Sherwan police station here on Tuesday.

According to Rescue 1122 sources, the victims were identified as Riaz, driver Fakhar Zaman and Ms Saleema Jan. The bodies and the injured were taken to the district headquarters hospital, Abbottabad. Condition of three of the injured was stated to be critical who were referred to the Ayub Teaching Hospital Complex.
