TIMERGARA: Former tehsil councillor and PTI activist Sarbiland Khan and village nazim Hazrat Hussain told journalists at Samarbagh on Saturday that diarrhoea had broken out in Ghowra Banda, a remote village of Jandol subdivision, and the villagers had been facing problems in treating the patients.

They said that over a dozen diarrhoea patients had been admitted to tehsil headquarters hospital, Samarbagh, while some of them had been referred to district headquarters hospital, Timergara, in critical condition.

They demanded of the health authorities to take appropriate measures to ensure proper treatment of the patients and prevent further spread of the disease.
