KARACHI: Provincial Sports Minister Sardar Bakhsh Mahar announced on Friday that all preparations have been finalized to hold the Sindh Games in Feb 2017.

Talking to PPI, Mahar said: “The Sindh Games could not be held previously due to some problems, but now they will be held in February in Karachi and other cities of Sindh.”

He also announced that a 12-kilometer race will be held on Feb 15 in Ghotki with the cost of Rs 1.2 million. “We are more interested in infrastructure development and introducing state of the art facilities in sports sector and work on several on-going projects will be completed by the end of 2017,” he said.
