LAHORE: Speakers at a seminar urged the government to appoint a full-time foreign minister to plead Pakistan’s case on important issues.

Speaking at the seminar on ‘the US election result, its impact and need of foreign minister’ here on Wednesday, Begum Mehnaz Rafi said there should be a foreign minister to plead Pakistan’s case with the world on Kashmir.

Other speakers Javed Hussain, Dr Rafique Ahmed, Absar Abdul Ali, Javed Younis and Sadia Rashid said the president-elect Donald Trump would prefer to introduce new policies with Pakistan and benefit from CPEC.
