KARACHI: A small three-race card has been drawn for the Gymkhana race meeting which takes place at the Karachi Racecourse on Saturday.

The meeting has been brought forward by a day to avoid clash with Haj which falls on Sunday.

This is the second time in the recent past that three races will take place due to lack of entries.

According to acceptors, 27 horses will vie for honours in the days races barring last minute withdrawal.

The first race will go over four-and-a-half furlongs while the remaining two will be contested over five furlongs. The first race gets into action at 4pm.
