LAHORE: The National Basketball Championship for men and women will be held in Lahore and Multan, respectively in December this year.

According to the calendar of activities announced by the Pakistan Basketball Federation (PBF) the dates for the said events will be announced later.

The PBF is required to organise eight different events from August to December.

In August, the inter-varsity championship for men will be held in Quetta, while the first Pakistan POF championship will be staged at Wah, Cantt. In September, the divisional championship Grade ‘B’ will be organised in Peshawar while the divisional championship grade ‘A’ commences in Lahore during October.

The PBF will also organise the basketball event, both for men and women, at the National Games, to be held in Quetta in November.

The national departmental championship for men will be held in Hyderabad, also in November.
