Under which law such Cruel Offenders are send to Rehab centers, Did we forget the children slaughtered, the football with heads, the church attacks, the young soldiers being killed, the lahore park children body parts spread all over the playing areas, and 1000 of them. If this is the case, Pakistan needs to stop death penalty and this rehab facility needs to be for every criminal, otherwise it raise question on the Army generals collabaration with such groups.

when they realized their end is imminent they thought of saving their lives by surrendering to the authorities. But can they be trusted it can their crimes of killing our children ruthlessly be pardoned. I don't think so. their gories are so severe that these can never be termed spent.
