LAHORE: The Lahore Board of Intermediate and Secondary Education on Monday registered UMCs (unfair means cases) against 15 candidates during English paper of Intermediate Part-I.

According to the board, English paper was held in 491 centres of the city and 15 students were caught using unfair means.

One fake candidate, Ashfaq Ahmed, was caught for appearing in the exam in place of Fayyaz Ahmed and he was handed over to the Kot Radha Kishan police. The BISE has registered about 37 UMCs in the Intermediate Part-I exam so far.
