KARACHI: Holi, also known as the festival of colours, was celebrated at the premises of the Shri Panchmukhi Hanuman Temple in Karachi on the night of March 23.

More celebrations across the country are expected on Thursday.

The Hindu festival of Holi celebrates the welcoming of spring and is a celebration of the triumph of good over evil. Festivities include the throwing of colourful paint, powder and water on people.
