KARACHI: Daniyal Imran’s all-round performance guided CIE to a four-wicket win over Lyceum School in the third Bilal Bhaty Inter-school/collegiate T20 cricket tournament fixture at the UBL Sports ‘B’ Ground here on Thursday.

Daniyal first claimed two wickets for 23 runs as Lyceum School reached 119-9. Shaikh Rafay hit 42 off 38 balls with the aid of seven boundaries.

CIE, in reply, won the Group ‘B’ game by reaching 120-6 in 19.4 overs. Daniyal, who was adjudged man-of-the-match, led the way by striking two sixes and as many fours in his 30-ball knock of 39. Skipper Ali Bhaty made a 22-ball 30 with three fours and one six.
