SHORTAGE: Kissan Board Pakistan’s Haji Muhammad Ramzan says that due to its artificial shortage, the farmers were forced to buy DAP fertilizers at Rs4,000 per bag on a black market.

He said this while addressing farmers in Phoolnagar on Thursday.

He said the shortage showed the mill owners had been provided a chance to cover the subsidy imposed by the government in a recent Kissan Package.
