LAHORE: The three-day International Textile Asia Exhibition concluded on Monday.

Business deals worth more than $300 million were struck at the exhibition, organised by the Pakistan Readymade Garments Manufacturers and Exporters Association at the Expo Centre with the collaboration of Ecommerce Gateway Pakistan.

The exhibition booked orders worth $150 million on the first day, the organisers said.

According to association’s chairman Ijaz Khokhar, 100,000 people visited the fair.

He said that machinery and equipment displayed at the show was of immense utility to manufacturers producing value-added products for increasing volume of exports.
