Job reorganisations undertaken by companies as a result of the Great Recession are associated with lower employee trust, which in turn is associated with lower workplace financial performance and labour productivity, according to a survey study of more than 1,000 UK workplaces by Sarah Brown and colleagues from the University of Sheffield.
