LAHORE: Pakistan national champion Ushna Suhail and her Indian partner Rushmi Chakravarthi lost the semi-final of the ITF Women Pro Tennis Championship to Australian duo of Jenny Claffey and Sara Tomic in a two-set match in Sharm-el-Sheikh, Egypt,

According to information received here on Saturday, Ushna and her partner lost the fight with the score being 4-6, 5-7.

In the first set, both the pair held their serves till four-all and then fought hard for every point before Ushna and partner’s serve was broken.

In the second set, the fight was neck and neck at five-all before the Australian pair broke their rivals’ serve.
