SIALKOT: The Indian Border Security Force (BSF) shelled Pakistani border villages in Merajkey, Harpal and Charwah sectors of the Working Boundary near Sialkot on Sunday night and early Monday.
According to senior officials of Punjab Rangers, the Indians shelled the three sectors almost the whole night and targeted civilian population.
No casualty was reported.

The same news from indian side as well.
Sometimes I think the armies must be just disposing off old shells and canons since those have a shelf life.
Shelling without a reason has no gains. Time pass at best.

Both sides blame each other....the solution is to put live cameras and on the internet so anyone can see who is violating the LoC.

@bryan You're right, each side's papers report the same story so it's difficult to say who started it. Both sides intel services are planting these stories as propaganda.

@Iqbal - I was just thinking same since two days and you said it! But both Ind. & Pak. govt. won't agree, because even these shelling fetch lots of money(kick backs on purchase) to them who is in ruling seats in both countries!!!
