LAHORE: The Lahore High Court (LHC) has named 12 district and sessions judges to head tribunals for disposal of election petitions regarding the recently held elections in cantonment boards in Punjab.

According to a letter, sent by the LHC Registrar to the Election Commission, D&SJ Bahadar Ali Khan would take up petitions relating to Rawalpindi Cantonment board, Azam Saroya Attock, Raja Arshad Jhelum, Tariq Iftikhar Ahmad Lahore, Tahir Sabir Sargodha, Faiz Muhammad Jhang, Ameer Muhammad Khan Gujranwala, Khalid Naveed Dar Gujrat, Shahid Rafiq Sialkot, Syed Pervaiz Ali Shah Okara, Qaisar Nazir Butt Multan while Rana Masood Akhtar would take up petitions in Bahawalpur.
