A-1 Star beat Babul Sports

KARACHI: A-1 Star FC (Malir) shocked strong and experienced Babul Sports FC by 1-0 after a thrilling contest in the All Karachi Muslim Khatri Association Golden Jubilee Football Tounament being played at the Hussaini Football Ground New Karachi.

A-1 Star FC took the decisive lead in the 46th minute owing to an excellent field goal by Ahmed Ali. At half time, both the teams were locked at 0-0 but A-1 Star dominated the game most of the time and played with fine planning and beautiful passes.

A-1 Star goalkeeper Mohammad Arsalan also displayed superb defense and thwarted several attacks from the opposition.
