KARACHI: Shah Faisal Nazimabad FC and hosts Hussaini Football Club won their matches in the All Karachi Muslim Khatri Association Gulden Jubilee Football Tournament at the Noorani Eid Gah Ground.

In the first match, Shah Faisal Nazimabad FC edged past Young Patni FC by 4-3 on penalty shootout. Shah Faisal Nazimabad striker M. Amin scored the first goal in the 5th minute while M. Mujeeb, Mohammad Shakil, Taj Mohammad and Noman scored one goal each on penalty kicks.

For Young Patni FC, M. Suhan scored a goal in the 44th minute during stipulated time while M. Hameed, Mohammad Jalal and Subhan scored on penalty kicks.

In the other clash, hosts Hussaini Football Club beat Shakil Bilgirami by 3-2 on sudden death. Both teams played high level soccer in the regular time and the match ended at 0-0 after which the penalty shootout ensued that resulted in 2-2. So the match then went to the sudden death stage where Hussaini Football Club won by scoring first.

Captain Mohammad Siddique and Mohammad Rizwan scored one goal each on penalty kicks while Mohammad Arsalan scored the decisive goal on sudden death. Meanwhile, Mohammad Shariq and Mohammad Arif scored one goal each on penalty kicks for the losing side.
