A seminar on ‘Chaotic urbanisation and its impact on the historical places of Karachi’ organised by Karachi University’s international relations department and the Programme on Peace, Democracy and Inter-Cultural Harmony at KU Arts Auditorium at 11am.

WALK

A walk for Saaf suthra sarsabz-o-shadab aur pur aman Sindh (Neat & clean, green and peaceful Sindh) to be started from Shah Abdul Latif Bhitai Road, TPO office, under the auspices of the south district municipal corporation, Lyari zone, at 11am.

EXHIBITIONS

An exhibition of Sajjad Ahmed’s works titled ‘Deeply superficial’ at the Canvas gallery at 5pm. The show will remain open till March 19, daily from 11am to 8pm, except Sundays.

A paintings show of works by Mohammad Ali Bhatti at the Momart art gallery at 6pm. The exhibition titled ‘Empty souls’ will remain open till March 14.

FILM FESTIVAL

The screening of Destiny of a man as part of the ‘Festival of films on the Great Patriotic War’ being held under the aegis of the consulate general of the Russian Federation at the Russian Centre of Culture and Science, PECHS, at 7pm.
