MILLIONS of law-abiding citizens have undergone or are undergoing hardships because of SIMs and arms licences to render terrorists ineffective.
Will the experts concerned be kind enough to prove that re-verified SIMs and arms licences could prevent attacks on the Army Public School, Shikarpur and Peshawar Imambargahs to justify hardships to peaceful citizens?
Furthermore, how other anti-terrorism measures, including women commandos, costing billions to poor taxpayers, would locate and tame terrorists before they launch a sudden attack anywhere anytime causing heavy casualties before getting killed?
