MULTAN: Majlis-i-Tahafuz Khatam-i-Nabuwat emir and senior member of Wifaqul Madaris Al-Arabia executive committee Maulana Abdul Majeed Ludhyanvi died of cardiac arrest here on Sunday. He was 87.

Funeral prayers for the Maulana will be offered at 10am on Monday at his native town Abbasia, Kahroor Pakka.

He was presiding over a meeting organised by local chapter of Wifaqul Madaris when he complained of pain in his chest moments before his death.


Religious scholar dies of cardiac arrest


According to doctors, he died of cardiac arrest.
