KARACHI: A superb unbeaten century by Waqar Kundi guided Azad CC to a 29-run win against Al-Imran CC in their KCCA President Cup match at the TMC Ground here on Friday.

Waqar hammered 18 boundaries and one six in making 129 off 123 balls as Azad CC reached 245-8 in the stipulated 45 overs Al-Imran CC, in reply were all out for 216 in the 43rd over.

Slow left-armer Mohammad Shariq grabbed six wickets for 28 runs to help Malir Sports defeat Bright Gymkhana by eight wickets at the KGA Gymkhana Ground.
