QUETTA: Four children suffered burn injuries when a gas cylinder exploded in their house in Pasthoonabad area on Monday.

According to police, the room was filled with gas from a leaking cylinder and when the family tried to light the stove to prepare breakfast the cylinder exploded.

“Three brothers and their sister received burn injuries in the blast,” police said.

Talha, Sarfaraz, Muzammil and Arifa were taken to the hospi-tal.

Further probe was under way.
