Yoga is something India is proud to pass on to the West (now world), and they have embraced it with all the vigour. Yoga helps improve stamina, strength, flexibility and also mental well-being. Nearly 5000 students including teachers performed seven yogic postures at the Delhi Public School in Hyderabad, with religious prayers towards world harmony and peace.
