GUJRAT: A youth shot himself dead after killing his uncle and injuring a woman over a marriage dispute in village Thatha Porh of the Kunjah police jurisdiction.
Muhammad Ilyas, alias Sunny, with his brother and a kin, visited his uncle Tahir Mehmood in Thatha.
They put up Ilyas proposal for Zubia Bibi, the cousin of his uncle. The family rejected the proposal which infuriated Ilyas who shot his uncle dead and Zubia injured.
Then he committed suicide by shooting himself with the pistol.
Police registered a case against Muhammad Asif and Zaheer Abbas, the of Sunny, on the report Sameena Kausar, widow of Tahir Mehmood.
