GWADAR: A man, his wife and relative were killed during a botched up kidnapping attempt in Jaen Parom area in Panjgur district on Friday.

Police said four armed men barged into the house of Mohammad Anwar and tried to kidnap him and his relative Mohammad Ali.

But they offered resistance, leading the armed men to open fire. Anwar, Ali and his wife were killed in the firing.

“Two men and a woman received multiple bullet injuries resulting in their instant death,” police said.

Personnel of law enforcement agencies took the bodies to the hospital and handed them over to relatives after legal formalities.
