GUJRAT: Four youngsters riding a motorbike were killed when their two-wheeler hit an oil tanker on GT Road near Chak Peeran oil depot in Kharian on Thursday afternoon.

Reports said Saqib, Junaid, Hammad and Rasib, aged around 18 years, were on their way to Jandanwala village from Lalamusa after having a bath in a swimming pool and racing against other bikers.

As soon as the speeding bike reached near the oil depot, a tanker was taking a U-turn to approach the other side of the national highway. The two-wheeler struck against the tanker as a result the youngsters were killed on the spot.

The bodies were handed over to the families at Kharian Civil Hospital.
