MUZAFFARABAD: Two persons were killed after their car plunged into a ditch near here on Saturday, police said.

Amir Shah and Raja Amir were coming to the camp of a Chinese construction company in Zaminabad village, along Muzaffarabad-Kohala road, when their car went out of control and plunged into a ditch.

According to eyewitnesses, as the vehicle nosedived both of them fell out of it onto the rocks. Amir Shah died on the spot while Raja Amir suffered critical injuries and was brought to a hospital where he died.

Both were residents of the same area and were working with the Chinese company executing Neelum Jhelum Hydropower Project (NJHP), police said.
