SHIKARPUR: An anti-terrorism court in Kandhkot on Saturday adjourned the hearing of the Wali Babar murder case to Jan 4.

Judge Mushtaq Ahmed Laghari of the ATC adjourned the hearing again due to the absence of the defence counsel.

The counsel for the complainant, Murtaza Babar, a brother of the victim, remained present in the court inside the district jail of Shikarpur on Saturday. The judge asked the accused to ensure the presence of their advocate on the next hearing otherwise the proceedings would go on without them.
