The Supreme Court on Thursday asked the Rawalpindi superintendent of police, Haroon Joya, to trace a missing person otherwise be ready to face action. “This is a last chance, if you fail to make fruitful efforts for the recovery of missing person, the court will order action against you”, the court told the SP.
The Supreme Court bench comprising Justice Ijaz Chaudhry and Justice Gulzar Ahmed was hearing the petition for the recovery of 18-year-old Zaheer Muzaffar who went missing from Rawalpindi in February 2011.
