THIS is apropos of Raihan A.K. Lodhi’s letter ‘KCR’s revival: advice to PML-N’ (May 26). It will make more sense if the existing KCR network is revived and refurbished.

What is required is the government’s will to retake KCR land from illegal occupiers.

It may be mentioned here that a Japanese firm has already conducted a feasibility report and come to the conclusion that the completion of the project is viable.
