SUKKUR, March 28: The district and sessions court, Jacobabad, on Thursday sentenced two brothers to life term in a murder case.

District and sessions Judge Amjad Ali Bhoyo in his verdict declared Muhammad Murad Jafferi and Dad Muhammad Jafferi guilty of the murder of Sakhavan Jafferi. Judge Bhoyo also imposed a fine of Rs200,000 payable by the convicts to the heirs of the deceased. In case the fine was not paid, the convicts would have to spend an additional six months in prison and will also have to pay Rs100,000.

The case had been registered on Aug 8, 2010, at the Bahoo police station.
