Two shot, injured

CHAKWAL, Nov 4: A woman and a man were shot at in two separate incidents, police said on Friday. Imtiaz Yasmin, a resident of 3-Marla Scheme’ told police that she and her husband were sleeping when three persons stormed their house and opened fire at them with pistols. Resultantly she received bullet injuries.

In another incident, Shafqat Raza, a resident of Dhab Khushal village was reaping peanuts in his field when a villager Hashim Khan attacked him with pistol injuring him seriously. City and Saddar Police have started investigation after registering the cases. —Correspondent
