LAHORE, June 7: Police on Tuesday arrested 19 proclaimed offenders, 39 court absconders and 24 target offenders during an extensive crackdown on criminals.

Six divisional SPs of operations wing, following the orders of Operations DIG Ghulam Mehmood Dogar, conducted several raids across the city and detained 82 criminals, a handout said.

Police also seized 1.5kg heroin, 10kg hash and 750 bottles of liquor, besides a large quantity of illegal weapons and 795 cartridges and bullets.
