ATTOCK, May 20: Two houses were looted by 12 robbers in Lakori village of Hazro police station on Thursday night.
Police sources said a robbers entered the house of Suhaleen and looted 40-tola jewellery, Rs130,000, four mobile phone sets and other valuable. The gang also looted Rs32,000, ornaments and a motorcycle from the house of Mohammad Ibrahim in the same village.
The residents of the village expressed concern over the increasing crimes in the jurisdiction of Hazro police station. They termed it police failure and demanded proper security arrangements.
