FAISALABAD, April 19: Police claimed to have arrested two alleged terrorists and seized 24 kilo explosive from their possession on Tuesday.
Police said a Ghulam Mohammadabad police station inspector spotted the suspects, Asmatullah of Bannu and Rehman of Dera Ghazi Khan, and recovered 12kg explosive each from their shoulder bags.The alleged terrorists were taken into custody and a case under Sections 7 of the Anti-Terrorism Act and 4 and 5 of the Explosive Act was registered against them.
Samples of the seized explosive were sent to laboratory for chemical examination.
