It just brought tears in my eyes. Thank you. Thank you.
Just one suggestion. Please add the date of the speech when the sound from that speech is superimposed on the pictures.
Best regards

congratulation on this new avenue -- Dawn has been proud to enter into competative world of international journalism, on computer. Kindly make it a point to consider/valuate the comments like other foreign press. I beg you not follow the anology of Govt: press.
My comments on vidio of Quaid-eAzam, are great achievements, Nevertheless, the commentry of certain persons was not necessary. I'd appreciate, if you delete the same.Thanks.

I was a young boy of 10 when my father took me to an upper story of a building on B under Road to see the Quid. He was passing through in a procession for the opening of the State Bank of Pakistan.I most vividly remember him waving to the crowd on both sides of the road.I often used to pass through a building known as Wazir Mansion in Kharadhar, where he was born.I also remember my father reading a Gujrati News paper on that fateful day of 11th September, 1948. His tears were dropping on the news paper while reading the news - had I known then that his tears were in fact his tribute to the Greatest leader of a bereft country.I honestly believe he was a motivating person for the youngesters like me. The Quid did his matriculation at the early age of 16 which was a record. And also the fact that he was the most accomplished lawyer. In his forthright manner he would ask Mahatama Gandhiji to adress him with whatever name because 'A ROSE WILL ALWAYS SMELL LIKE A ROSE, WHATEVER NAME YOU GIVE IT".These are but some of my childhood memories of the FATHER OF THE NATION. I am Amir Dewani from Florida - USA. Doing fine at 72 plus. Thanks God.May we remember his message - UNITY-FAITH AND DISCIPLINE.Thanks DAWN for this opportunity to express my views.

well done dawn. my heartiest commendations on this historic speech by the quaid e azam .actually this is the need of the hour there to understand & listen to his speech again & again, so that the nation can stand up again & benefit from his great sayings.he desired religion to have its place as a secondary role & education its primary role, & not vice versa as is prevailing now.thxs dawn for having me to voice my opinion.

As I was watching this grest video clip prepared by Dawn, my eyes were full of tears. He was a great leader, a great personality of this age,. The most favourite personality. Pakistani leaders should follow the path of our leader, the founder of Pakistan. Our nation and people should follow his advices. But alas, this did not happen. Allah alivate his place in paradise and Allah bless Pakistan, our Qaid's Pakistan. Pakistan, a dove in the talons of vultures-alike, Mullahs.

Quaid-e-Azam is an ideal to follow for a successful life, not necessarily you have to be in politics. May Allah bless his soul and place him in the Jannatul Firdous. We must remember him and other founding leaders in our daily prayers.

Quaid-e-Azam Muhammad Ali Jinnah is the greatest leader of the 20th century. I pray that one day we make Pakistan what the Quaid wanted it to be. Down with theocracy and religious extremism.
Long Live Quaid's Pakistan.

M.A. Jinnah is and certainly was to Pakistan more than what Bradman was to cricket. He was head and shoulders above every citizen that came after him in the country's history. A man among boys, a giant, a brilliant politician and public servant and lastly...a honest person. There is a reason he is known as the Quaid-e-Azam. Long live the memory of Mr. Jinnah.

what a amazing collection I admire yr effort at least some one has taken step to create awareness for the love of Quaid the leader of our nation. Would like to say that I become more emotional to see our Quaid clip. How he gifted a great Pakistan just remember his slogan also that No Punjabi, No Pathan, No Sindhi, No Balochi, No Saraiky, No Muhajir in Pakistan. We want strong Pakistan we are one nation and the country our Pakistan unity is our success. Once again thanks to dawn to shown the clip of our Quaid e Azam the leader of Pakistan. long live for Pakistan.

First of all, I am really glad that at the age of 72+ you have shard your thoughts on this blog. Its really passionate to see people like you telling eyes stories. I really liked Ms Sadia Siddique statement that she sat on Quaid's foots to hear his voice. What could be the passion of people had at that time.
It really pains in heart and fill the eyes with tear when we don't bother our nation to be follow his advises. His speeches are so moderate that it can easily be applied at this time. Like e.g. education. Nothing is more powerful then this. I really and truly missed a leader like him for Pakistan. How can we get our courage back....Nothing more to ask......

I wish we have leader like Quaid-e-Azam. What we miss today is a leadership. I pray to Allah, may He sends down leaders like Quaid-e-Azam Mohd. Ali Jinnah who would lead our nation to progress and prosperity....ameen.
I know one of the commentators Mrs. Wajid Ali Khan. I had the opportunity to work with her for Nasra School for 18 years until immigrated to North America. It is all about selfless, honest and sincere leadership.
The effort of putting the clippings of Quiad-e-Azam needs appreciation. Thanks
