LAHORE, Dec 25: Federal Industries and Production Minister Mian Manzoor Ahmad Wattoo claims the government has controlled urea fertilizer black marketing by making it available at National Fertilizer Corporation and Utility Stores Corporation stores and warehouses.

Talking to newsmen during a visit to the NFC Warehouses here on Thursday, the minister said there was no shortage of urea in the country and it was available to farmers at the controlled price of Rs660 per bag.

He said four ships carrying urea had docked at Karachi and Gowadar ports and three more were expected shortly. Imported fertilizer was being dispatched to different parts of the country by rail and road.
