FAISALABAD, Dec 4: State Minister for Railway Faqir Husain Jam says the Railway is being revamped and its deficit of Rs28 billion would be reduced during the next six months.
At a press conference here on Thursday, he said a crackdown would be launched on land grabbers to retrieve the railway land.
He said proper attention had not been given to improve the railway system and still traditional methods were being employed to run its affairs. —Staff Correspondent
