4 soldiers injured in attack

CHARSADDA, Dec 3: A suicide bomber rammed his explosives-laden donkey cart into a truck of the Mohmand Rifles near Pir Qala on Wednesday, injuring four soldiers and four civilians.

Security forces cordoned off the area and imposed a curfew-like situation.

Police officer Qayyum Khan identified the injured soliders as Dilawar, Farman, Raz Ali Khan and Samiullah and the civilians as Hayat Khan, Tanzeelur Rehman, Azam Khan and Afsar Khan.

Earlier, security forces had arrested Taliban commander Behrain Khan and two other militants Zevar Khan and Khan Raziq, during a search operation in the Rashakai area of Shabqadar tehsil.
