PESHAWAR, July 18: The city police on Friday claimed to have busted an organised gang of kidnappers which used young girls for enticing the people to a bungalow where they were detained and released only on payment of ransom.

The area where the bungalow is located is called Madina Colony, which is in the limits of Paharipura police station. This illicit business was reportedly run by a group of local and Afghani girls who used to stay at the rented house with their at least four male partners.

Two of the accused arrested by the police were identified as Mohammad Khan alias Mohammad, resident of Charsadda and Shah Gul of Jalalabad Afghanistan. A police official said during investigation, the accused disclosed names of some other persons who, he said, would be arrested very shortly.
