Pakistan sends relief goods to Myanmar today

ISLAMABAD, May 10: Pakistan would send two planeloads of humanitarian assistance to cyclone victims in Myanmar on Sunday.

The relief goods include tents, mosquito nets and medicines.

Myanmar had been reluctant in accepting foreign aid, but was later forced to change its position because of growing international criticism of its poor response to last week’s disaster.
